Technically the East Coast enclave did not want to commit mass genocide It was just President Eden. Colonel Autumn and his men did not follow President Eden on that topic.
Enclave is in Chicago? Welp if that ain't where the next Fallout is…
5:37 that sigma grindset even hundreds of years after the nuclear war.
7:18 what are you saying here? I'm hearing "cattle like" but captions say "cadillac"
10:23 If this virus kill anyone that is mutated, nobody is save. Because mutation happen in nature too, and we all have some strange genes.
The NCR seems like a much better option for restoring some kind of order to the wasteland
Woke bs at 10:40
Enclave is pretty based, they built a great system, have the best tech. They are certianly my favorite, but the only thing that i disagree with, is their policy of killing even vault dwellers and people almost not exposed to radiation. If they will reform, and integrate vault dwellers and people almost not exposed to radiation, they will definetly win and everyone will love them.
But i think i understand why they didnt do it. As i already said, if they will reform, everyone will like them. And fallout doesnt need an ideal faction, that everyone will support. But maybe in some fan-made mode people can make an ideal enclave, actually recreating America.
For example:
Fallout NV mod: For the enclave!
Fallout 4 mod: America rising, tale of the enclave.
Bollocks to the Enclave but Frank Horrigan was a solid dude and I would kill urk with him.
The thing about not killing you to drink tainted Aqua Pura might have been true, President Eden might just not be aware that you weren't born in the vault. Your DNA is mutated because of your genetic lineage, the actual born and bred vault dwellers might have been totally immune to it
MODUS is not a President he does not even once name himself as it, at this moment control of east coast Enclave comes to Raven Rock as it`s practicaly couple miles outside of east F76 map border (witch makes it obvious how Bethesda does not even follow own lore as West Virginia should be swarming with Enclave activiti with so many bases in close area, but nope, we get a 4 brotherhood grunts walking all the way from California on foot while in time that 4 would walk Enclave should drop at least several vertibirds of response teams from Raven Rock and Mobile Base Crawler in matter of hours)
Can we get a fallout game where you are from the enclave seeing the "good" side of them rebuilding America and the enclave itself to set up a sequel
Modus isn't the president tho.
I think my favorite thing about the Enclave is that John Henry Eden is an Englishman (or at least sounds like one to anyone who doesn't know he's a computer) yet no one questions how he could possibly be president.
12:04 America is not now nor has it ever been a democracy, it's a republic, which is similar but different.
The main difference being democracy=mob rule, republic=indivadial rights/liberties.
Also, its been a long time since any modern democracy or republic has truly had a real free election, so what the Enclave is doing is actually pretty close to IRL, they are just being blunt about it.
13:25 Its ok you can say the Bush's.
I always wanted to join the enclave
Ok why is no one talking about the president who was impeached for jaywalking
> “Impeached in 2075 for J-Walking”
It makes one wonder if Baron Trump would become President in the 2072 Election after going against Chelsea Clinton III 🤔
Given what we’ve seen in the past 7 years, we’re closing in on a parallel timeline despite the Transistor being invented far sooner lol
One thing people forget about FO3 is that the Loan wanderer us not a true vault dweller. She/he was born in Project purity by Rivet city, Fallout 3 portrays vault 101 as a leadership cult that brain washes and gas lights it's own people. The Game Fallout 3 does such a great job of portraying this that it actually gas lights the player sitting at their computer with astonishing success.
The opening cinematic and the vault 101 tutorial level tells the lie, and for the rest of the game your told that you were lied to in vault 101 about your birth from almost everyone in the main quest. So when you get to Raven Rock the player at their computer playing the game is often confused about why Col Autumn is so bigoted to you, and will belive the lie that Pres Eden tells them that their vault up bringing will protect them from the FEV poison.
I reckon the Enclave can evolve into a less evil faction and possibly peace between the Enclave and the BOS and other Factions.
Say what you want about the Enclave but don’t insult Americans Values and it’s founding, no land is not already conquered or enslaved and have original owners
Nathan from Megaton wouldn’t stand for the kind of underhanded vault-lies you’re spreading about The Enclave, mister!
The Enclave is the American Government. The people, We the. Good ol’ USA. They’re on the radio silly!
they don’t care if you were born in some kind of vault Under the United States, that makes you an American Citizen. the enclave would never attempt to genocide the wasteland on three seperate occasions
I think it’d be interesting if Fallout 5 could be in Chicago or Seattle, preferably in Chicago. And I think it’d be cool if the Enclave tried rising up again, maybe even bring back the cool midwestern style power armor from Fallout Tactics

The enclave is basically fallout Nazis. And Im all for it
People forget that the us annexed Canada so it’s possible the enclave has a base in annexed Canada somewhere
Listen to this mutant sympathizing propaganda, dont be fooled people America will be restored to its former image.
its hilariious, because if the Enclave weren't such massive a holes, they had a huge advantage over literally every faction in post war america. If they utilized their strength correctly and not like genocidal idiots they could have taken the place of the NCR is easily and be expanding over all of old America.
If America was founded on genocide, it was very, very, very unsuccessful. In fact, it would appear Canada did the same, albeit with less gatling guns and casualties. The Enclave's desire to slaughter the Wastes is logical, from their (gross) absolutist perspective. Radiation will cause deterioration of DNA. Degenerated DNA will affect your offspring. The offspring will also suffer the same, slow irradiation… this compounds the issue. Eventually, assuming Wastelanders don't become entirely sterile, they will have degenerated so much as to not be human any longer. Doesn't make the Enclave goals right or beneficial in any way, just follows with their reasoning. Then again, it's been ~200yrs by the time of Fallout 4 and there's plenty of healthy kids around… so, perhaps even rads work different in Fallout. Would make sense, considering nearly every single appliance or food item was radioactive, even before the war. Perhaps Fallout's humans have some innate resistance to slight radiation. Idk. Thanks for the vid.
power armour in thumbnail?
The enclave are badass evil dorks, I love them
For the record, the United States isn't a democracy either. It's a constitutional republic
Lone wanderer is not born in vault
Honestly the brotherhood weren't always good in fallout 3 yes fallout 4 were tolerable but jerks fallout 76 they just were in disarray fallout new Vegas were corrupt and stuck a bomb collar on you and made you do what they said till they could trust you until you got them a new leader
I feel like the enclave were originally supposed to be a joinable faction but they later decided to change them to be an enemy faction
wait, jaywalking???
The United States is not a Democracy it's a Constitutional Republic.
Common misconception: The Enclave is a misunderstood and well meaning institution that does silly little war crimes to the wasteland population
Reality: The Enclave are an extremist remnant of an already fascist regime that led to the United States to their doom, and promotes purism and discrimination against “lesser beings” whilst committing horrific atrocities against people
For the 4th point at 8:38, the Enclave’s goal to restore Pre-War America seems noble at first until you remember that this is the same America that was a dystopian hellhole. Effectively an authoritarian military junta, it was dominated by corporations that snuffed out individual freedoms to cover their mishaps and exerted a large police force to curb extensive protests due to resource shortage. If THIS is what the Enclave is trying to bring back, then the Enclave should be wiped from the map
Nothing short of pure character assassination can make me dislike the enclave. They should've have given them the coolest armor if they wanted people to hate them, first off. But more importantly, even after all their setbacks, they're still better than the other factions for the future of North America. Basically they just have to get their shit together. The only thing stopping the enclave from thriving is their own stupidity, and the protagonist who is literally incapable of helping them win. But thats besides the fact that writing technologically advanced factions as organizationally stupid is just awful writing(fallout 2 is not an exception to this). The owners of fallout continue to write them as an easy skapegoat for everything wrong in the post war US. The enclave can be a super easy rewrite into a fun faction. Maybe pull a morrowind and add politicking in their faction to change it from the inside. Dont like the fev? Stop its research. Some members dont like that? Kill those guys. Thats the freedom the enclave allows you. Or you can go full eden and drop a fev bomb on the PoS. Thats the kind of freedom Fallout needs.
the thing that i like about the enclave and in extention the NCR is how fallout uses these factions to show how very much non glamorous the old world was, the enclave being the remnants of the government and being portrayed as the BAD GUYS, destroying anyone in their way or even slightly not fitting their beliefs.
the NCR as well are shown a weak government that demands to have everyone under their flag no matter what
To be fair Autumn had different goals from the original enclave, while he went about things with similarly questionable intentions he actually was against infecting purity and killing all wastelanders.
The enclave is my favorite faction only because they got some really fuckin cool lookin power armor
Colonel autumn did not kill the female scientist you can find her in the enclave basesbe betrayed the main characters father to join the enclave ps sent this before you mentioned they hired her
5 seconds in and you already got something about the Enclave wrong. They play a very very minor and completely optional role in New Vegas, and play absolutely no role in Fallout 4.
Long Live The Enclave
The enclave also mind controlled death claws.
The Enclave Still has bunkers is Alaska and other states so those might not be destroyed
you can join the enclave in fo4 with mods
