If your looking for swablu is at route 9 just go back orvallo town and go bottom right you’ll enter route 9 that’s where swablu appears
You need to turn off speed up before evolution

Regional falinks is catchable in the late game. Around lvl 80+. They can be traded by the trading guy but its going to be annoying resetting over and over.
Hisuian zoroark is catchable in the snow area. Dont remember after which badge it was but its around lvl 50+.
I swear, I'm doing to starting counting every time Voltsy says "Ayo". Its really getting excessive.

EDIT : I know you have pre-recorded like 12 more episodes but the Hisuain Zoroark is at the same route as a regional Lopunny which is somewhere around the snowy area
This seems to gone over a few peoples' heads when it comes to first meeting your new rival. He clearly looks like Red without the hat, the team is a hint and the color vermillion is a red-ish orange which also hints at it. Not saying it is Red, more so that they're clearly related or inspired.
