M2 are just in a league of their own
The controller buttons are appropriately clicky and the D-Pad is responsive. The Mode button works better as menu button than holding the Start button. Glad that Sega CD faux "loading times" was what was impressed the reviewer.

Unfortunately, the Sega Genesis was garbage compared to the SNES.
the TG16 mini was actually a big middle finger to western gamers, with many of the classics, including Snatcher, not even localized to English. Another note: the 6 button controller is fine, if you claim it is awful during a video review, you should actually try to show us how. For example: make a video comparison to the original or to the retrobit controller.

Honestly, if you want to play these old games buy an old Sega Genesis for about 50 bucks and lay down some cash for an Everdrive. Playing on original hardware is the only way to travel.
