I absolutely am loving this game . I love how during the dialogue, once you pick an option you have to basically live with the ramifications. I love games like Witcher 3, but I thought that game’s dialogue options weren’t good as it was mainly “ listen to all options , use Witcher powers and get the best option “
I enjoyed playing this game, until it had an update, movement slightly got worse, completed 1st DLC, might go back and complete the 2nd DLC

I hated this game. Bland. Just didn’t work for me. Didn’t care about a single character. Just boring.
Noo not corporate Commander he was a legend in the hay look at the money we are taking from people business. [by the way this message took a long time to post because well we just don't have the funding or corporate Commander anymore oh yeah and no we are not the the guys who made fallout 76 at all I swear on my wallet lol]
Shame the game kind of fell off the radar because of the Epic year-long exclusivity deal
Most painfully average game I think I've ever played. No memorable characters, hardly any worthwhile quests, repetitive gunplay, boring main story, generic one-dimensional villains, empty feeling worlds.
You guys went too easy on this game, At best it's a 5/10. You let this game ride on FNV's coattails and F76's failure.
I wasn't quite on board when It first came out but came back later and loved it to death great game even with the flaws I just don't see the replay value in it for me just yet otherwise I would be doing it miss the game.
Yes, the game was praised at the time for a variety of reasons that we all applaud, but a lot of the hype was just related to the hate for besthesda around the time. I think it has very little following now compared to then and the longevity wasn't there if you look at the steam numbers. It probably turned them a profit, but it wasn't a huge success.
I hope they take more risks in the sequel and try to bring it out of the indie scale and into something that will compete with the best of them in the next few years. If starfield is a critical success, they are going to have trouble if they scale is similar to the first title.
Honestly TES II Daggerfall has more charm and memorability than this game. Try the Unity port project. Which Bethesda is still tolerating a lot better than Nintendo tolerated rehashes of games they didn't even bother to offer for sale anymore; until they downloaded copies of ROM hacks to put on the Switch store. So it's more that modern Bethesda has a serious problem. OG Bethesda did some really great stuff.

Every now and then Joe gets it wrong and I'm late to purchase good games. This is an underrated good game and AC Odyssey is amazing.
imo, the outer worlds had one, if not the best artwork ive ever seen in a videogame. the soundtrack, the art direction, the art style, i just love it all

see i was wanting starfield to be more like this. imagine this game but with the scope of starfield, seemless space to planet flying, maybe like 6 handcrafted large planets instead of procgen. cant wait for outer worlds 2
