This game is SO good and it makes sense considering the same people that made the Ace Attorney series made it! Definitely want to play the full game when it releases this game gets very, very good in the later parts!

This game actually did have a mobile port, too. It was a lot like this, just with less bells and whistles.
I’m very glad they’re doing a Switch port, though. The mobile port got delisted for a long time until they did some sort of update. So relying on something that’s on an app store is risky.
The top screen had a close-up visual of whatever object you were possessing, as well as the Trick you could perform.
I'm so excited to watch you guys play this game! It's so incredibly well-written and the gameplay so fun and unique! It is indeed made by the creator of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, Shu Takumi is honestly a genius.
Edit: Also! Missile the dog is indeed based directly on Shu Takumi's Pomeranian of the same name. There was also a dog named Missile in the Ace Attorney series (tho that one was a Shiba Inu)!
Watching this plythrough I hear that they've remixed all of the music, I'm not sure how I feel about the new songs but they seem good for now.
I'm not sure if it's because this is a demo or if it's part of this new version, but I feel like there's been a few differences in what songs play during certain scenes.
Alright I've never played this game but I'm calling it now that "Ray" the lamp is Sissel from the future somehow. There's already some weird time travel stuff going on and I know it's been constrained to only 4 minutes in the past but some deus ex machina could send Sissel back to the moment of his death before he fades away completely to tutorilize his ghost powers to himself. I only think this for a few reasons, the first being Ray's knowledge of ghost tricks despite it apparently being an uncommon occurrence amongst the dead along with all spirits fading away not too long after their death so knowledge of ghost tricks spreading seems unlikely. Arguably Ray has the same power too seeing as he was possessing a lamp, or so it seemed to me. There's also the bit about Ray saying he's already fading away himself along with his knowledge of the future, saying how things are going to get crazy tonight, possibly already going through the events making it to the next morning but getting sent back before he fades. Now maybe Ray just knows that in a general sort of way, like he knows things are in motion to get crazy but not the specifics. The only thing that makes me think otherwise though is the constant knowing laughter throughout his dialog, the little "hee, hee"s. There also doesn't really seem like there's a reason not to just give a name otherwise too. I'm probably wrong about all this but it would be amazing if I actually called it based on fairly little foreshadowing, if it even is actual foreshadowing.

I just finished a platinum trophy for this wonderful game, and I still can't get enough of it! It's just as amazing as the first time I played it, but you only get to experience it fresh once. So I'm really hooked to see your reactions as you play through it!
