Man, the callback to the commercial. Earthbound is one of my favorite games and LISA is one of my favorite indies. This made me emotional.
Reminds me of the Japanese Mother 1 commercial. What I wouldn't give for a LISA fan film, I'd be down to voice.

i'm gonna poor my heart out. i was already a massive fan of lisa, and hearing that this game was going to hit the big time both scared and excited me. now that ive played both painful and joyful, seen all the new content i can confidently said this is one of the best definitive editions of a video game ever. so much care and effort was put into this update and i'm beyond happy we got the new additions. i was scared at first, because i always thought no sane publishing company would ever touch lisa, because the subject matter is so taboo and horrifying. but after hearing the story of how serenity forge was created and their mission statement, as well as how interactive the company has been with fans, i have to say that i couldn't be happier to have you guys take the risk in publishing lisa for a wider audience. this game has real life changing power and i'm confident that the work you have all put into improving this game will not go wasted. thank you so much from the bottom of my heart, it really means a lot to me.

Am glad to have experienced this story.
I’m in the middle of Earthbound right now (I always knew about it but I never got around to playing until recently) and I’m obsessed with it in terms of gaming aspects and with the heart strings that it tugs at, and I feel the same way about this game. This was a neat commercial to watch and it reminds me of Earthbound ads. These games make me feel weirdly comforted, like it takes me home.

I've said it many times but making all the new content centered around Lisa was a genius idea, it changed the way I look at many aspects of the game completely. Also some of the most touching writing I've ever read definitely helped in making this an unforgettable experience.

I love the contrast between this trailer and the first Earthbound one. The Earthbound trailer had an atmosphere of over coming and hope, as to were this has an atmosphere of stagnation and despair. And unlike Earthbound, when I cried at the end of Lisa the Painful it wasn’t because it was hard.
