It seems to crash my Outer Worlds, like only one console window and says enjoy! But the second console window doesnt show up and the Outer Worlds crashes. Help?

there is no 'unlockerdumper.dll file anymore and no one has bothered uploading it anywhere so this is all for nothing these days
just gonna try the game and i see there is consol command cheat… but why all this work around, download this and this , rename this, just to unlock the consol commands? Why did obsidian locked it? I remember when you did this, like in steam :First, you'll want to find "name of the game" in your games library. Right-click on it, and open Properties. Go into Set Launch Options, or whatever it is, and type "-console" Then, simply save and exit. When you start the game, press your tilde key (~) for the console" 😀

u get the message that its successful and have fun But.. the console will not open (steam version) and yes i downloaded the steam version dll
So I got everything to work, but every time I run the injector the game closes, and when I start it up again console commands don't work.
I have the Steam version and DLCs if that makes any difference.
Is there a way to activate the cheats in another version than Epic Games?
