As if tensions between the Outcasts and the east coast BOS weren't bad enough already. Here's an idea, play TTW with the New Vegas faction disguise mechanic. Give all the Outcasts Enclave armor as "salvage" that you found. Then watch as Brotherhood water caravans open fire on the "Enclave" at Fort Independence and voila, all inter-factional conflicts are resolved.

I've always found it odd how you can't give him Tesla helmets. Also makes you realize that Tesla armor has a yellowish tint compared to regular Enclave PA.
