  • There’s a very good hack where you can play as Magneto in the X-Men game. Check it out if you haven’t already. He’s so op it’s a ton of fun

  • …sorry, did you call both Shining Force games an "action-adventure game"?

Honestly, I'd contest your assertion that the Mega Drive's graphics were a huge step up over the Master System's. The Master System was actually remarkably powerful for an 8-bit console, often much better-looking than games on the NES, and some of its games (like the port of Sonic the Hedgehog) looked amazingly good. On the other hand, the Mega Drive wasn't exactly cutting edge- the SNES walked all over it in terms of graphical detail (the Mega Drive's advantage was more in its performance). Seriously though, have you ever compared Phantasy Star I on the Master System with Phantasy Star II on the Mega Drive? The original is much better-looking! Like, it actually has backgrounds for the battles rather than just a blank blue grid!

  • Your list order shows you definitely prefer Beat-em ups to RPGs.
    🤣

Phantasy Star 2 and 4 were amazing.
Landstalker has the second highest replay value on Sega.
Aladdin was a joke of a game.
Road Rash was ok but Super Hang-On>>>>>>

  • As an arcade purist there’s no way I could enjoy Super Street fighter 2.
    It’s too damn slow.

    Mortal Kombat was nice though

  • Alien Storm is one of my favourites along with altered beast. Just playing those with my older brothers and mostly failing at them are some great memories for me

  • One game I feel is kind of underrated is D&D Warriors of the Eternal Sun. I loved that game growing up. Was so terrible at it but I wish that the setting would be turned into ttrpg

  • Oh i like most if the games here ide swap some for castle and world of illusion, dynamite headdy, puggsy, smurfs. These are my top top nostalgia.

  • Gotta say, the Road Rash 2 sound track seems a little too upbeat for a game whose main purpose is to punch people off their motorcycles at high speeds

  • You should have given some more information per game. You rush through them so quick and don't really say anything of substance.

    Resposta
  • Omg, none of of the splatterhouse games made it onto your list,

    Resposta
  • Have you played castle of illusion staring Mickey mouse yet? It deserves to be in here

  • Pit Fighter, Alisia Dragoon, the Super Monacos, Pitfall, Strider, Battletoads, Taz, Out of This World and Terminator are absolutely DOPE too!

    Resposta
  • Pretty good list. I'll put series as one, like the Sonics, SOR, Golden Axes, Shinobis, etc. That way you can put other games people may not know about.

    Resposta
  • Bring back memories great list but 2 bad u didnt include Strider
Or vextorman was really good, or the desert strike series
